 Veg और Nonveg  खाना पाप है या पुण्य जानिए क्या कहते है वैद वैसे तो भोजन में क्या खाएं और क्या न खाएं यह मनुष्य का निजी व्यक्तिगत फैसला होता है  लेकिन यहां हिंदू धर्म में कुछ लोग मासाहरी भोजन को निषेध मानते हैं।  और दूसरी ओर मास खाने वाले लोग फल और सब्जियां खाने वाले को घास फूस खाने वाला बोलते हैं।  और दूसरी ओर मांस खाने वाले को साकाहारी लोग जानवरो पर अत्याचार करने वाले मानते हैं। तो आइए जानते हैं कि हिंदू धर्म के अनुसार मांसाहारी और साकाहारी में से किसको सर्वोत्व माना गया हैं। हिंदू धर्म में मांस खाना सही है या नही इस बात को लेके काफी लोगो के मन में भर्म में लेकिन लोगो के मन में वेदों को लेके बैठी शंकाए है। जिसके कारण वह समझते हे कि वेदों में मांस और पशुबली आदि का विधान है। वेद और पुराण हिंदू धर्म के मुख्य ग्रंथ है।  वेदों में पशु हत्या पाप मानी गई है। और मांस खाने के संबध में स्पष्ट मना किया गया है। इतना ही नहीं कुछ वेदों में तो मांस खाने को लेकर सख्त हिदायतें दी गई है।  यजुर्वेद में तो कहा गया है कि मनुष्य को हर आत्मा को अपनी आत्मा की तरह तुल्य मानन...
